I’m still working on my boyfriends birthday present…
So far I have 24 different international beers because he loves trying new beer.
Next I was thinking of some heated gloves. He owns a golf course and does a lot of the manual labor, but complains of how cold he gets. I’ve been searching for heated gloves but there are so many mixed reviews. What brand is the best that’s going to keep his entire hands and fingers warm, not just one part?
Thanks!
My husband works for Gerbing’s Heated Clothing(www.gerbing.com) who makes heated gloves that heat the entire length of each finger and the back of hand. They have a variety of styles depending on what you want to use the gloves for. They have both 12v operated gloves for use on a motorcycle or 7v battery gloves that run off small rechargeable lithium batteries.

Would anyone be interested in purchasing a Villa in The Villages, Florida?
For sale by owner. Elegant Villa overlooking the sixth fairway on Nancy Lopez golf course with a picturesque water view, 2 years new, 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, assumable bond, 1880 sq.ft., 2 car garage with electric door opener, large birdcage/screened patio, lanai, profesionally landscaped. Within walking distance to a shopping center, restaurants and fitness center. The purchase price of $395,000 includes a Club Car golf cart in perfect condition.
Sounds ok, but I am sure you would do better listing it with an agent. Good luck
When a golf course lists its price for greens fees including golf cart, Is that per person?
Yes, that is per person.
The golf course charges both players on the cart a fee to ride in the cart. If you play by yourself the fee is the same. I use to complain about that.
For example, let’s say it cost $50 for greens fees ($35) and cart fee ($15). If you played by yourself you would pay $50.
Now if you bring your friend you both have to pay $50. The course enjoys the windfall from the second cart fee. The same cart traveling around the same 18 holes is now twice the price!
Further if the two of you wanted to take separate carts to speed up play, most likely the starter would ask that you only use one cart.
Is there a list of golf communities in Orlando area?
I am looking to buy a villa and would like a list of all the golf communities in the Orlando area (including Kissimee and Polk County) that have villas for sale and are in a zone that allows short term rental.
Here is a website that may help you : http://www.orlandogolfcommunities.com/search.jsp
It has the MLS search , so I believe you can check for properties for sale and what not.
Hope this helps you!
