How exactly does the handicap system work for golf?
What factors are taken into play. I know it’s not just what par on the course is.
It takes into account a bunch of different factors. The slope rating of the course, the course rating, and the par of the course. The slope rating is determined by measuring different amounts of obstacles and length of the course. The course rating is like what par should be, and obviously par is par. It is a complicated system.
Where can I find the best online golf handicap tracker system?
Looking for something that keeps track of fairways/greens hit, saves, putts, etc.

My friends and I use the Yahoo! Sports Golf Handicap Tracker for our golf league (basically because it’s free). I have a few questions on it…
1) I made a group, then left it, then tried to create a second group, but it gave me an error that I tried to make too many groups. Is there any way to create a second?
2) They limit you to 20 players in a group… is there any way to include more players?
3) Is there any way to delete players from a group?
Yahoo handicap tracer basic is free, but there is a premium service that can be used. I use myscorecard.com, its not free but for about 9 bucks a year you get manny features. There is a great way to run a golf league, its called http://www.golfsoftware.com/.
That last one has all the features to run a golf league in manny formats.
How do I invite someone to join my golf handicap tracker group?
I just signed up for the handicap tracker and started a private group but I don’t see how to invite my friends into my group.
to invite your friends to join your group, on the left panel of your group’s homepage, clcik on “invite” link, then add type the email address of your friends in the box and click on send invites. by then, your friends will receive the invitation which needs them to respond by clicking the “join the group” link in the invitaion messages they will be receiving.

Any golfers out there? I’m looking for a golf handicap calculator software to help me track my rounds.?
I’ve looked online at most of the free resources and I got to say I wasn’t impressed. My friend mentioned a golf handicap calculator that he purchased online, I forget the name, but it was much more expensive that what I’m willing to pay.
I came across this golf software at: http://www.golfintel.com but since it’s so inexpensive I was wondering if its any good. Has anyone here tried it? And if so, can you offer me some feedback?

I am also more interested in what I did per round than just my handicap. I built a spreadsheet that tracks shots per hole. I used color conditonal formatting to see if I made par or was 1 stoke over. I have a page per course I play as the par per hole will be different. This tells me which hole I need to work on.
