What is an average golf score for a 13 year old boy?
I went Golfing for the first time today, and I don’t know what an average score was.
I got 18 over par.
Par 3; nine holes; 27 par
45 strokes
( I have no golf vocab.)
I taught my-self how to golf, no lessons, started to learn this July. 08′.
hey, im 13 and i play from the tips and i am #1 on the IJGT (international junior golf tour). all you kids can say that 13-14 kids shoot mid 70″s every round but thats just recreational golf. id like to see what they shoot playing in a tournament. it would be fun watching them fold under pressure.but yeah usually kids at the age of 13 shoot about 70-100. i shoot in the 60’s. have a nice day and keep swingin!!!

Just wondering what kind of golf clubs people are hitting?
Just curious as to what some people on this website are hitting club/ball wise.
For me it’s:
Driver: Nike Sasquatch 460 9.5 w/ ACCRA XC 75 shaft
Fairway: Nike Sasquatch 5 wood
Hybrid: 3H Nike Ignite
Irons: (4-W) Niker Ignite

Saving up for a new set of irons and hopefully a Nike Unitized Techno putter.

What do you think about XS Big dot sights?
I’m thinking of putting one on my G17, but I’ve heard mixed reviews…I’ve also heard that the sight picture that is recommended by XS (the ‘golf ball’ resting exactly on the horizon of the sight) doesn’t always work and you might have to adjust accordingly.
At what range would you say these are accurate to?
I put the XS night sights on my CZ75P01, it completely changed the way the pistols sight picture works, from a short distance ( under 15 yards) it’s perfect, if shooting longer distances(over 15 yards) you have to adjust your grip to raise the sight picture. At 15 yards the front sight covers the target area, at 25 yards, a 12 oclock hold is needed to give point of aim, point of impact results. I may be going back to the factory sights on this pistol.
