Iphone for GPS and golf… How good is this function and do you have pointers?

Check out GolfTraxx – LA is a REALLY large geographic area, so the answer is that they have many courses mapped within a region, but just how close to you depends on where you live.

IF your favorite courses are not mapped they provide a way to map the course and send it in. You don’t map on course – you use Google Earth and send in a KML file based on their instructions. Takes 15 minutes when you know the course and know how to move in Google Earth. I’ve mapped a lot of courses, and can bang them out pretty quick.

On course IT IS GREAT! Serious eye-candy AND if you keep it under wraps, you can take a few skins off your foursome.

What website has the best golf laser rangefinder reviews?

I am looking for a website that reviews all of the golf laser rangefinders and compares all of them so I can tell which is best. Would be great if they also gave prices for them.

CriticalGolf.com provides extremely thorough reviews of laser rangefinders and other golf equipment. Nice to see an objective analysis of golf equipment, instead of just what the companies put in their ads, or the usual user reviews of “it’s awesome” or “it stinks.”

Golf range finders are the new must have equipment.
