I am going to be selling my golf clubs to my friend, but I dont know the price I should ask. I was hoping you would help give me an idea. The clubs are pretty new; and they are in vey very good condition. They are as follows:
Callaway X-12 irons 4-PW
Taylor Made Rescue Mid 19 degree 3 iron/hybrid
TaylorMade R580 XD 10.5 degree driver
Nike Sasquatch 15 degree 3 wood
Taylor Made R580 5 wood
Ping Zing orange dot SW Sand Wedge
Cobra “The Cute Kid” putter by putter designer Bobby Grace
Thank You
Go to Ebay. All of those clubs are on sale. There is usually a opening bid but in many cases there is a number offerred to close out the bidding. In many cases they have pictures to show the “used” quality of the clubs.
My opinion: you have some very good name brand clubs.
I know the legal age is 16, but what about the neighborhood sidewalk? My 13 year old is really responsible. We’re going to get him a golf cart and hopefully find a place to legally drive it. Any suggestions?
alot of kids in my neighborhood drive golfcarts and nobody has gotten in trouble so far. Its been this way for about 7 years!!! I dont think anyone would mind as long as he stays on the sidewalk!!! lol
I’m gonna start playin and just wanted to know if anyone has played one and if its fun/hard/cool/wutever…
yeah when i was 13 im 14 now and i’ll be in the same tournament this year again i did really good i was tied for first but got second
and yeah it was very fun dont worry
I’m 5′4″, male and have been using women’s sized golf clubs for a while. I want to get mens clubs but don’t know if they will be too big and affect my game. I know a lot of kids my age and size that use full men’s size clubs. The ladies flex is too flexible and i tend to hit a fade…. Also, any suggestions for relatively cheap iron sets? ($200-$300)
Yes I am 5′8″ which is borderline, for club size. The best I found was to get custom clubs built for me. There are many sites out there that sell generic custom built clubs for you. These clubs are very good for the money. They are really good, they aren’t a pro grade club. But for what you get they are excellent. My game improved better than ever when I got my clubs built. Here are some web sites. Diamond tour golf, pine meadow golf, golf warehouse they have sizing charts to help you determine your ideal clubs. If you are not comfortable with this, you can go to a pro shop and have them size you for clubs….
my son wants a nice set of golf clubs but he doesn’t know what kid to get. i don’t know if i should get him teen clubs if they even make them women’s clubs or men’s clubs. hes an experienced golfer looking for a good set with a lot of clubs in it. he is 5′ 0 and wants a good brand golf set PLEASE give me and advise or even better some brands that sell what I’m looking for
It would be better to get some to long for him, he can adjust his stance to them and then as he gets taller they won’t make his swings awkward. Basically he would have to keep bending his knees further down if they were shorter. Trust me, I’m his age and it worked great for me. You can usually find some pretty good sets on ebay or a pro shop that don’t cost too much and can be in pretty good condition.
