Are there any specific golf exercises i can do to increase my driver and iron distance?
Please do not say strength and flexibility exercises because they arent specific. (e.g: push ups are specific). I am a teenage weekend golfer looking for some more distance off the tee and irons. Thanks.

We are going to be having a golf tournament and need some fun ideas… We will already be doing holes where you have to use a specific club, tee off blind folded. We are looking for some additional ideas… can anyone help?
Our league had a tournament where on one hole, if you were left handed you had to putt right handed, and vice versa. It is amazing how good some were and how incredibly bad others were. Variations would be to tee off left handed or right handed…whatever is opposite of your regular method. Of course you have to find a left handed driver. Putters that will work either way are easier to find…flat blade putters work best.
Also, try playing one hole using a tennis ball instead of a golf ball.
