Golf elbow pain for 1 year — 3 cortisone shots, many months of rest and still in pain. Any suggestions?
I would get a second opinion, if you haven’t already. While the diagnosis may be “right”, there may be an underlying complication that prevents your elbow from healing completely. These complications can include, but are not limited to, torn ligaments, fissure in the bone, autoimmune disorder (like rheumatoid arthritis – RA – this would be a longshot, though, since more women are affected by autoimmune disorders than men), a sleep disorder, poor physical therapy – there may be something else out there that you haven’t found yet, water retention, gout.. so many things can be an issue. If you’ve only seen your general practitioner (GP), it might be time to see a specialist. Sometimes a GP will get to the end of what he/she knows and then give up without making a referral to a specialist. Hopefully your GP isn’t like that!
If you haven’t seen an orthopedist, that’s where I would head. (I’m thinking an orthopedist is where you’ve been, but it’s not mentioned how many different docs you’ve seen.)
If the pain is something your doc just expects you to endure, and you’ve tried every avenue to find help, then I would suggest finding a Pain Management specialist. Often, they can provide tips and advice that many docs just aren’t aware of to help you reduce the pain.

are there any good golf games you can play free on line with a friend?
I’m actually pretty sure there’s no such thing as a good golf game.
Just kidding! A free online game requires a free online service, so Xbox 360 is out. Unless you’re referring to a games website?
For the PS3, try Hot Shots: Out of Bounds, it’s more cartoony but got good reviews. For Wii, I don’t know of any online golf games.
Update: On Wii, the Tiger Woods games got good reviews and have online. Also We Love Golf, but I’m not super sure how good that one is.

I need some immediate help getting into the golf handicap system?
Why does the golf handicap sytem not allow you to enter on a regular basis. I’ve used the same ID and password since 2001. I entered a score on Tuesday the 11th of July and I tried again on Friday of this week and the system won’t recognize my ID or password. Why do they need security on my golf scores in the first place? And why do I always have a difficult time getting into that system?
I do not know which system you are on, I know most systems allow you to post up to two scores a day. Make sure your dues have been paid and they updated it on your account. They do have a problem with people trying to cheat the handicap system, but that should not effect what you are trying to do.
