what is the cheapest site on the net that sells nike golf clubs and bags?
and that dont have insane international delivery prices
3Balls, Global Golf, and RockBottom are great sites to go to. They are REPUTABLE companies that have great prices. I have bought many clubs from them. Be weary of companies with prices that are too low. They are most likely “Made in China” knock-offs.
I’m looking for a really small golf bag. I saw a man carrying this golf “bag” once and it wasn’t a pencil/sunday bag. This one tightened 5-6 clubs together with a strap at one end and has more room on the bottom for the iron heads to fit. It was more like a “tight spandex” keeping the clubs together. Anyone know where I can find this?
The bag I can find closest to your description on at golfbagplace.com. It listed under Sunday bags and is called The Golfer’s Buddy. The also offer other small bags.
My boyfriend’s birthday is in March and he loves to play golf so I thought for his birthday I would make him a gift basket/bag of different golf things, I need some ideas on what to put in the basket. I have ordered a 3-iron that I know he was needing. What else should I put in it? I don’t want to go over the top but I want to get him a few other things. Please help me! thanks!
If you are going with a basket, I think you should include a sleeve of golf balls, a golf glove, some tees, maybe a shirt, a novelty golf ball (exploding/streamer), and maybe a golf hat. That would cover pretty much all the bases if you were getting him a 3-iron too.
Do golf “cart bags” fit on rolling pull carts as well as the electric riding carts?
Yes, they do. “Cart bags” are great if you never carry your own bag. “Cart bags” normally are bigger, heavier, have more room, more pockets and are more durable than “carry bags” or “stand bags”. Also, if you play much golf, buying a pull cart is a good investment rather than renting one. If you buy one, it will “pay for itself” over time and then some.
How does the standard golf club bag need to be improved?
Does anyone have any practical ideas as to how a golf club bag would better serve you? What are some changes you would personally like to see or would convince you to buy a certain model?
Does anywhere/airlines rent golf bag travel cases?
And if so, how much? Couldnt find anything on our airlines site, may call -just dont feel like sitting on hold. Wonder if golf stores do also. See they’re not too expensive online for a cheap one though.
most golf shops have travel cases, hard and soft with padding…priced between 80 and 300 dollars, if youve invested a lot in or just love the clubs you have I would suggest an sbc hardcase or a clubglove soft (the ones 90 percent of traveling pros use)
