Pivot and Plane Golf Trainer – mid 1980s Need Instructions – Clear Plastic Sheet with lines – mounts on mirror?

This a training aid I bought from a place in Florida. It has lines on it to help determine proper golf pivot and swing plane. I lost the instructions and am not exactly sure how to use. Anyone have the instructions or can help me figure out how to use properly?

How can i build my own golf aid “super swing trainer”?

I’ve seen the Super Swing Trainer; essentially a pvc pipe constructed circle on a specific geometric angle that, when swung along gives you the feel of the proper swing path.

a hoola hoop, cut it and open it out to you optimum swing secure it with wood or pipe the swing away all day
