Golfing joke that even women will laugh at?

Three guys are playing golf one early Saturday morning. One of them says “I’ve had to sweat blood to get out here to play, Had to promise the wife that I will redecorate the spare room when I get back”. The second nods in agreement ” I had to promise the wife that I would paint thr garden fence, mow the lawn and take her car to be valetted”.
The third guy kept quiet until asked if he had any trouble escaping from the missus “No easiest thing in the world” he says. The first two are amazed and sceptical. How the hell do you do it then, they ask. “Well” said the third guy “what I do is the night before I play I set the alarm clock for 4 am”. “how does this help you?” the first guys ask. he third responds ” when the alarm goes off I reach over my wife, put the alarm off and gently whisper into her ear…….well darling it’s 4 am…. whats it to be, golf course or intercourse???”, she replies “be sure to put on a sweater its chilly out there this time in the morning”.
